Class Descriptions

Beginner Salsa is a structured, progressive class for those who have never received formal salsa instruction. You will learn to hear and feel the music before you even take your first steps. This will help you develop timing to ensure that your first steps are on the beat. The structure of the class will focus on 30 minutes of footwork and the other half will be partner work. In addition to the basic footwork, also known as "shines" in salsa, you will learn the fundamentals, while having FUN! No experience needed or partner required.

Level 2 Salsa & Bachata this level builds on the fundamentals of your salsa & bachata dancing that you learned in the absolute beginner class. You will start learning more turn patterns, new moves, footwork, and turns. A lot of focus will be put on connection and how to enhance your communication and response as a partner.

Level 3 Salsa & Bachata this level will get you moving with style and confidence. Let’s take your dancing to a new level with more intricate footwork and partner work turns.

Beginner Bachata class is meant for beginners looking to learn the basics of Dominican, Traditional and Modern Bachata. This class focuses on the basic step, technique, body movement, some turns, connection, and timing of the music. No experience needed or partner required.

Ladies Styling Class will focus on body rolls, head whips, arms, and hips, oh my! Develop sexy body movement and flexibility to give you a smooth basic. You will also learn the proper turn technique through helpful balance drills. Ladies will hit the dance floor in no time!

Private lessons will cover the more in-depth details that will help you to move to the next level in your Salsa or Bachata dancing. We will fully explain each technique and detect any areas where you may need to improve or need more practice – even the little details will make a big change in your dancing!

Zumba we take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
